RECITALS:
The City must annually adopt a resolution electing to receive an apportionment of the
Oregon Department of Administrative SerVices General Fund revenues dedved from
tax imposed on the sale of liquor as part o~ State Revenue Sharing.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLC~WS:
Pursuant to ORS 221.770, the City elects b receive state revenues for fiscal year
2000-2001.
