north side line of the County Road (East Main Street of the City of Ashland extended)
which beginning point lies in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section
10, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson County, Oregon;
thence South 78054, West along the north side line of said County Road, a distance of
240.0 feet; thence North a distance of 212.90 feet; thence East a distance of 235.50 feet
