AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE FUTURE SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT OF GLENDOWER AND OXFORD STREETS; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATE TO
THE FORMATION OF SUCH LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY ASSIGNED SHARE
OF SUCH DESIGNATED IMPROVEMENT COSTS.
