AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 17.24.070 A,
WHICH PERTAINS TO THE BOND TO BE POSTED FOR SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION. 1. Section 17.24.070 A is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"17.24.070 Bond. A. The subdivider shall file
with the agreement, to assure his full and faithful
performance thereof, one of the following:
1. A ~t draft payable to the City in the event
the agreement for improvements is not performed.
2. A surety bond executed by a surety company
authorized to transact business in the state and
as approved by the City Administrator.
3. Cash."
