MOI~ICIPAL CODE WHICH RELATE TO A PROHIBITION OF PARKING ON SIDEWALKS
AND BIKE PATHS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby added to the Ashland Municipal
Code Section 11.24.020 a new subpart "G." which is to read as follows:
"Go A vehicle or any part thereof upon a sidewalk or
bicycle path."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read at a regular meeting
