AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE, THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY AMEND~
ING SECTION 18.20.080(E) RELATIVE TO THE RE~
QUIRED REAR YARD SETBACK IN SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1361, and Section 18.20.080(E)
of the Ashland Municipal Code shall be amended to read
as follows:
"E. Rear Yard. There shall be a minimum rear yard
of ten (10) feet; however, the requirement shall be
increased by an additional ten [10) feet for each story,
or portion thereof, that the building exceeds one (1)
story in height."
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the /~/ day
