AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1361, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, AND SECTION 18.12.030
OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM JACKSON COUNTY RR~S (RURAL RESIDENTIAL-S AC. MIN.),
TO CITY C-I(RETAIL COMMERCIAL,)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1361 and Section 18.
12.030 of the Ashland Municipal Code be,. and the same
hereby is, amended to fezone from Jackson County RR-S
(Rural Residential-S Acre minimum) District, to City C-I,
(Retail Commercial) District, the following described real
property, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the East line of
Government Lot 10, Section 11, Township 39
South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian,
Jackson County, Oregon, which point bears
North 0° 11~ East, 268.34 feet, from the
Southeast corner of said lot; thence continue
along said lot line, North 0° 11~ East, 1S0.0
feet; thence East, 130.0 feet; thence South 0
llt West, 101.1 feet; thence South 69° 27' West,
139.35 feet, to the true point of beginning.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the/J'-z~day of
