AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1955 AND
SECTION 14.16.040(G) OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATIVE TO ELECTRIC SERVICE CHARGES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION1. Section Z of Ordinance No. 1955 and Section
14.16.040(G) of the Ashland Municipal Code shall be
amended by amending the last paragraph thereof to read
as follows:
"The foregoing charges shall be implemented for
Southern Oregon State College and McGrew Bros. Saw-
mill, Inc., at the rate of ten percent (10%) for
the first year, and increasing at the rate of an
additional ten percent (10%) per year until the
full charge is reached."
The foregoing ordinance was first read on
