AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1361, THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, AND
SECTION 18.12,030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE,
TO RBZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY
RR-5 CRURAL RESIDENTIAL-S AC. MIN.), TO CITY R-1
[SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL),
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1361 and Section
18.12.030 of the Ashland Municipal Code Be, and the
same hereby is, amended to fezone from Jackson County
RR-S CRural Residential-S Acre minimum) District, to
City R-l, [Single Family Residential) District, the
following described real property, to-wit:
The North half of Lot 10, Section 11, Township 39
South, Range 1 East, Nillamette Meridian, Jackson
Co.unty, Oregon,
ALSO: All that portion of Lot 9, Section 11, Town-
~39 South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian,
Jackson County, Oregon, lying Southerly of the County
Road, running through said lot.
EXCEPTING THBRBFROM the following: Beginning at the
Northwest corner of Lot 9, Section 11, Township 39
South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson
County, Oregon; thence South, along the West line of
said lot, 330.0 feet; thence North 66°00, East, 262.30
feet, to the center of the County Road; thence along
said road line, North Z7°24' West, 136.0 feet; thence
Nortl 41°43' Nest, 107.0 feet; thence North 41 14' Y~est,
36,24 feet, to the North line of said lot; thence West,
along said North line, 79.04 feet, to the point of
beginning,
