AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 17.24.010 WItICH
PERTAINS TO SUBDIVISIONS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 17.24.010 of the Ashland Municipal Code
amended to read as follows:
"17.24.010 Submission. Within six (6) months after
tentative approval of the preliminary plat, the subdivider
shall cause the subdivision or any part thereof to be sur-
veyed and a final plat prepared in conformance with the
preliminary plat as tentatively approved. The subdivider
shall submit the original drawing, the cloth copy, five (5)
prints of the final plat, and any supplementary information
to the city. If the subdivider wishes to proceed with the
subdivision after the expiration of the six (6) month period
following the tentative approval of the preliminary plat by
the planning commission, he must resubmit his preliminary
plat to the planning commission and make any revision con-
sidered necessary to meet changed conditions. If the final
plat is not approved by the planning commission within
eighteen (18) months from the date of the tentative approval
of the preliminary plat then the approval of the preliminary
plat is terminated and void and of no effect whatsoever."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read at a regular meeting
of the Common Council held on the d of November, 1978, and passed
