A RESOLUTION ADOPTING TAXICAB LICENSE INVESTIGATION AND
INSPECTION FEES.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 6.28 of the Ashland Municipal Code, fees for taxicab
license investigations and inspections shall be as follows:
Tour Bus & Special Vehicle Permit
(Section 6.28.035D)
$15.00
Annual Taxicab Certificate Fee
(Section 6.28.060)
$200.00
Vehicle Inspection Fee
(Section 6.28.070)
$15.00
Taxicab Driver Permit
(Section 6.28.110B)
$15.00
Certificate of Public Convenience & Necessity
(Section 6.28.170)
$250.00
SECTION 2. Effective Date. The fees set forth herein shall be effective upon the effective
date of Ordinance No.
