A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION TO THE STATE
BUILDING CODES AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF ASHLAND TO
ADMINISTER AND ENFORCE THE ELECTRICAL PROGRAM.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to OAR 918-300-130, the application to the State Building
Codes Agency for the City of Ashland to administer and enforce the electrical program
is authorized.
SECTION 2. If the application is granted, the City and all persons under it will comply
with and be bound by OAR Chapter 918, Divisions 300, 302, 303 and 304.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code
