A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 83-13 TO
EXPAND THE CITY'S EXISTING DEFERRED
COMPENSATION PLAN WITH ICMA BY PERMITTING
ALL EMPLOYEES TO PARTICIPATE
Recitals:
A. The City of Ashland established a deferred compensation plan with the
International City Management Association Retirement Corporation in 1983 for its
management and supervisory employees.
B. The City desires to expand the availability of this plan to include all
employees of the City.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section I on Resolution 83-13 is amended to read:
"That the City hereby authorizes the establishment of said deferred
Compensation Plan for its employees."
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code
§2.04.090 duly PASSED and ADOPTED this ~ day of ~, 1994.
