A RESOLUTION DEDICATING PROPERTY FOR PARK PURPOSES
PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XIX, SECTION 3, OF THE CITY CHARTER
(CITY OF ASHLAND PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF
GARFIELD STREET AND EAST MAIN STREET).
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The land described on the attached Exhibit A is dedicated for park
purposes pursuant to Article XIX, Section 3, of the Ashland City Charter.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code
§ 2.04.090 duly PASSED and ADOPTED this/~ day of ~

Commencing at the intersection of the East right-of-way line of Garfield Street with the
Southerly right-of-way line of East Main Street; thence South, along said line of Garfield
Street, 150.00 feet; thence East 150.00 feet; thence North, 180.52 feet to the said
Southerly line of East Main Street; thence along said line South 78 o 30' West, 153.07 feet
to the point of beginning.
