RECITALS: ho The wage adjustment for all the City's five labor unions are established at the National CPI-W in the amount of 3.0 percent. A salary survey is being conducted for executive level positions at this time and, therefore, these positions may be adjusted at a later date. It is important to maintain salary differentials for mid-level managers and confidential employees. It is the desire of the City to maintain its management and confidential pay plan at a level commensurate with its organized employees and with other jurisdictions when recruiting for these positions. THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The salary schedule in Resolution No. 94-42 is hereby modified by 3.0 percent effective July 1, 1995, as set forth in Exhibit A, with the exception of executive employees.
