A R~OLUTION OF THE CiTY OF ASHLAND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND RECORDER TO SIGN AMENDATORY AGREEMENT NO.
7 WITH TI-IB BONNBVILLE POWER ADMINISTRATION.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Recorder are hereby authorized to sign Amendatory
Agreement No. 7 to Contract No. DE-MS79-81-BPg0432 with the Bonneville Power
Administration, U.S. Department of Energy for the period beginning O~tober I, 1996 and
ending on September 30, 2001.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code §2.04.090
duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of July, 1996.
