WORK TO BE PROVIDED: Install two 3-Ton Carrier packaged heat pumps commerdal grade model 50TJQ004 as
per drawings provided, Ductwork will be a combination of lined metal trunk with flex duct runouts. Diffusers to be high
quality 4-way blow adjustable. Economizers will be installed on both urlits, Thermostats (2) will be Honeywell
commercial programmable set back. Includes blocking of second floor returns and supplys.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: Pdce does not include elec~ic service to units and roofing around new curbs.
