THAT THE PROPERTY IS FURTH ER DEVELOPED AND A PUBLIC STREET IS INSTALLED TO ACCESS THE
REAR OF THE PROPERTY. PARCELS I AND 2 SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED TO HAVE A SEPARATE
DRIVEWAY CURB CUT OPENING FOR ACCESS.
