A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON APPROVING CERTAIN
AMENDATORY AGREEMENTS TO ENERGY CONSERVATION CONTRACTS WITH
THE BONNEVILLE POWER ADMINISTRATION.
WHEREAS, B.P.A. has offered certain contract amendments to extend conserva-
tion program offerings through September 30, 1983; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Ashland to accept such amendments.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council as follows:
SECTION 1. The City of Ashland hereby approves the Amendatory Energy
Conservation Agreement dated 5/14/82, and Amendatory Agreement Nos. 6-10
inclusive, to the Energy Conservation Agreement between the City of Ash-
land and B.P.A.
SECTION 2. The City of Ashland hereby elects to use the Cost Reimburse-
ment method on the Water Heater Wrap, Shower Flow restrictor, and
Commercial Conservation programs; and the Revolving Working Capital
Advance Method on the Street and Area Lighting and Energy Buy-back programs.
SECTION 3. The Mayor and City Recorder are hereby authorized and dir-
ected to sign the contract amendments on August 31, 1982 on behalf of
the City of Ashland.
The foregoing Resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Ashland on the~day of
