Section 7.
That inasmuch as this salary ordinance should be in full
force and effect imme~iately in order that there may be no delay
in the payment of said salaries, it is deeme~ necessary for the
peace, health and safety of the citizens of the City of Ashland
that an emergency be, and the same is hereby declare~ to exist,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage by the Council and approval by the Mayor.
The foregoing ordinance was duly passed at an adjourne~
meeting of the common Council held on the 3~ day of ~ /~&),_
