A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-40
RELATIVE TO SALARY SCHEDULE FOR CONFIDENTIAL
EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS,
a settlement was reached with unionized employees
resulting in special adjustments for selected clerical
positions; and
WHEREAS,
a recent survey by the Local Government Personnel
Institute indicates that an inequity adjustment is
warranted for the three senior clerical positions
which have been designated as confidential, pursuant
to State Law.
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 84-40 is hereby amended by an
~ddi~on~% two percent (2%), effective January 1, 1985.
The foregoing resolution was READ and DULY ADOPTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Ashland on the~z~
day of Z~~ 1984.
