HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-21 Amend Management Pay RESOLUTION NO. 76-21 A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A SALARY SCHEDULE FOR SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT EMPLOYES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-77. WHEREAS, the City of Ashland has negotiated a series of collect- ive bargaining agreements~ with various labor unions, and has set wages for miscellaneous employes in harmony with these agreements; and WHEREAS, said agreements when coupled with current wage plans, pro- vide average monthly increases ranging from $89 to $127, with a weighted average of $103; and WHEREAS, an evaluation of similar positions in Oregon cities has been completed, and ~ecognition given to the maintenance of such external relationships, and internal relationships with nonsuper- visory employes. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The salary schedule for supervisory and management employes shall be as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof· SECTION 2. Upon retirement, accumulated sick leave shall be applied to retirement as provided in ORS 237.153. SECTION 3.
