A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A WAGE PLAN
FOR MISCELLANEOUS MONSUPERVISORY EMPLOYES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1976-??
Whereas, the City of Ashland has negotiated a series of collective
~ing agreements with various labor unions; and
Whereas, said agreements provide wage and benefit plan increases
ranging from S.8% to 6.51% with a weighted average of 6.24%; and
Whereas, it is the desire and policy of the City of Ashland to com-
pensate all of its employes equitably in order to attract and retain
qualified personnel, and to maintain internal and external wage
relationships.
NOW THERFFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The wage schedule for employes shall be set forth in
"Exhibit A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. Upon retirement, accumulated sick leaves shall be
applied to retirement as set forth in ORS 237.153.
SECTION 3. The foregoing, including fringe benefits, will result
in an average increase of 6.39% for the employes included hereunder.
The foregoing resolution was READ and DULY adopted at a
regular meeting
