HomeMy WebLinkAbout1978-23 Amend Management PayRESOLUTION NO. 78- ~..~ A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A SALARY SCHEDULE FOR SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT EMPLOYES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1978~79. BB IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY' COUNCIL, as follows: SECTION 1. The salary schedule for supervisory and manage~ ment employes shall be as set forth in ExhiBit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION 2. The office allowance for the City Attorney shall be increased by 7.0% percent monthly. SECTION 3. The vacation schedule shall be modified to provide 12 days after 1 year, IS days after S years, 18 days after 10 years, 20 days after 15 years, and 22 days after 20 years. In addition, employes will be required to take not less than 7S% of accrued vacation as time-off, with the balance to be either taken as time-off or paid in cash on June 30 of each year. SECTION 4.
