A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH A SALARY SCHEDULE
FOR SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT EMPLOYES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1978~79.
BB IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY' COUNCIL, as follows:
SECTION 1. The salary schedule for supervisory and manage~
ment employes shall be as set forth in ExhiBit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The office allowance for the City Attorney shall
be increased by 7.0% percent monthly.
SECTION 3. The vacation schedule shall be modified to provide
12 days after 1 year, IS days after S years, 18 days after
10 years, 20 days after 15 years, and 22 days after 20 years.
In addition, employes will be required to take not less than
7S% of accrued vacation as time-off, with the balance to be
either taken as time-off or paid in cash on June 30 of each
year.
SECTION 4. The Budget Officer is hereby directed to make
necessary transfers from the Operating Contingency in the
posed budget to effect the foregoing increases effective
July 1, 1978.
