A RESOLUTION DEDICATING PROPERTY FOR OPEN SPACE PARK
PURPOSES PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XIXA, SECTION 2, OF THE CITY
CHARTER (GONZALES PROPERTY LOCATED AT CORNER OF EAST
MAIN AND WIGHTMAN STREETS).
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The land described on the attached Exhibit A is dedicated for open space
park purposes pursuant to Article XIXA, Section 2, of the Ashland City Charter.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code
§ 2.04.090 duly PASSED and ADOPTED this /7 day of~,

EXHIBIT A
A tract of land situated in the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 10, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson
County, Oregon and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of Donation Land Claim No. 43
with the North line of East Main Street in the City of Ashland; thence South 78° 54' West
along the North line of East Main Street a distance of 71.38 feet, thence North parallel
to the East line of Donation Land Claim No. 43, 179.88 feet, thence East 70.00 feet to
the East line of said Donation Land Claim No. 43; thence South along said line 165.90
feet to the point of beginning.
