ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE TO SIMPLIFY THE
ANNUAL CONSIDERATION OF OUTDOOR BURNING
REGULATIONS BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The last sentence in section 10.30.020 of the Ashland Municipal Code is
amended to read:
The council shall then consider the report.
The foregoing ordinance was first READ on the 7th
