Pieter,
The following is BERRY ARCHITECTS PC outline for limited services and fee proposal during
the construction administration phase of the Calle Guanajuato Restroom Project, City of Ashland Project
No. 00-07.
The limited scope of our services includes the modifications to the construction documents as
required to support the deletion, modification, and alterations for Change Order 441, and require
Construction Administration support from the City of Ashland representative as outlined below.
Requested modifications which result in significant changes to the project scope will be made as an
additional service using our hourly billing rates as agreed to in writing.
Architects Construction Administration:
· Shop Drawings and Product reviews and approvals as described in the Project Manual.
· Clarifications of Drawings as Required.
· 2 Trips for Site Visits with Reports.
(Mid Construction and Substantial Completion Inspection)
· Modifications to Construction Documents and related engineering to support requested changes,
C.O. #1, i.e. Revised masonry wall sections and elevations, trash enclosure roof, and related details.
· General Administration of contract and construction documents which include, but limited to
Construction Change Directives, Change Orders, Proposal Request, Supplemental Instructions, and
other related contractual administrative procedures.
· Update Record documents for City of Ashland records.
Consulting Engineers Construction Administration: (Civil~ ElectricaL and Mechanical)
· Shop Drawings and Product reviews and approvals.
· Clarification of Drawings as Required.
· Substantial Completion Site Visit with Reports.
City of Ashland Construction Administration: (Owners Representative)
