City of Ashland ("City") and Woodward-Clyde Consultants

Recitals:
A. On January 15, 1993, City and Engineer entered into a
"Engineering Services Contract" (further referred to in this
addendum as "the agreement").
B. The parties desire to amend the agreement to add tasks to be
accomplished by the Engineer.
City and Engineer agree to amend the agreement in the following
manner:
1. Task 1 as described on Attachment A is added to the
agreement. Task 1 is to be billed and paid on a time and
materials basis with the maximum to be paid at $8,000.
2. Task 2 as described on Attachment A is added to the
agreement. Task 2 is to be billed and paid on a time and
materials basis per meeting.
3. Except as modified above the terms of the agreement shall
remain in full force and effect.
