AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 14.04.040,
14.08.025 and 14.08.030 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE PRESCRIBING W~TER AND SEWER
CONNECTION FEES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 14.04.040, 14.08.025 and 14.08.030 of the
Ashland Municipal Code shall be amended by increasing the fees
therein by twelve percent (12%), rounded to the nearest five
dollars, except Section 14.08.025(D) which shall be amended to
$1.05 per month.
SECTION 2. Section 14.08.030(D) shall be amended by increasing
the annexation fee to five cents (5¢) per square foot.
