AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 14 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATIVE TO WATER AND SEWER CONNECTION FEES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 14.04.040 of the Ashland Municipal Code shall be
amended to read as follows:
"14.04.040 Water Service Connection Rate Schedule. Water
service connection charges within the City Limits shall be as
established by Resolution of the City Council, three (3) copies
of which shall be maintained in the office of the City
Recorder."
SECTION 2. Section 14.08.025 of the Ashland Municipal Code shall be
amended to read as follows:
"14.08.025 Sewer Service Connection Rate Schedule. Sewer
service connection charges within the City Limits shall be as
established by Resolution of the City Council, three (3) copies
of which shall be maintained in the office of the City
Recorder."
SECTION 3. Subsection A of Section 14.08.030 of the Ashland
Municipal Code shall be amended by deleting the words "lesser sum of
$1,840 or the."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read by title only in accordance
with Article X, Section 2(C) of the City Charter on the /~z~- day of
