THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The "Water Rate Schedules" marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto are hereby-incorporated into this Ordinance as though fully set forth herein and they set forth the water rates for the use and sale of water within and without the City of Ash- land from the Municipal Water System of Ashland, Oregon. SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 1675 which pertains to water rates is hereby repealed.
