AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1820
AND SECTION 14.08.055 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO SEWER USER
CHARGES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1820 and Section
14.08.055 [c) of the Ashland Municipal Code shall be
amended by the addition of a new subsection 4, which shall

"4. In addition to the above charges, service stations
and businesses providing sanitary dumps for recreational
vehicles only, shall be charged $7.50 monthly.
