AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14.08 OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO SEWER
USER CHARGES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2127 and Section 14.08.035 of the
Ashland Municipal Code shall be amended as follows:
1. Subsection "A" shall be amended by changing the monthly
fee to $6.95.
2. Subsection "B" shall be amended by changing the monthly
fee to $5.45.
Subsection "C" shall be amended by changing the monthly
fee to $6.95 plus $.54 per 100 cubic feet. There shall
be no change to the monthly fee for sanitary dumps.
