AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 10.68.210
TO PROHIBIT SKATEBOARD RIDING IN LITHIA PARK.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOL6OW$:
SECTION 1. Section 10.68.210A is hereby amended by
~dding thereto the following sentence:
"No one shall ride or be upon any skateboard in
any part of Lithia Park."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read at a regular
meeting of the Common Council held on the ~ -~day of~.
