Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.

GRANTED PERMISSION BY THE ASHLAND PLANNING COMMISSION. OWNER SHALL NOT USE OR PERMIT THE USE OF
THE UNIT FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE, RESIDENTIAL UNIT. A SEPARATE RESIDENTIAL UNIT IS A VIOLATION
OF THE ASHLAND MUNIClPALCODE AND SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
