AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP
AND ZONING MAP OF THE CITY ASHLAND FOR THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 51 WlNBURN WAY.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The official comprehensive plan map of the City of Ashland
is amended from Single Family Residential to Commercial - Downtown for
the property located at 51 Winburn Way (39 1E 09BC tax lot 2100) as
indicated on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. The official zoning map of the City of Ashland is amended
from R-1-7.5 to C-1-D for the property located at 51 Winburn Way (39 1E
09BC tax lot 2100) as indicated on Exhibit B.
The foregoing ordinance was first READ on the ~ day o ,
