The purpose of this deed is to release and relinquish all the right, title and interest of the grantor in the premises by reason of that certain storm drain easement set forth in Documents No. 81-21859 and No. 90-07425, and modified in Instruments No. 92-33390 and No. 93-42369 of the Official Records of Jackson County, Oregon. Grantor will have no further responsibility for maintenance of the storm drain pipe or system situated within the above-described premises, and the grantor will have no responsibility or liability for the pipeline or the water flow through the pipe situated within these premises. The true and actual consideration for this conveyance is $1.00. There is no other property or value given or promised as consideration for this conveyance.
