A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE 2000-2001 BUDGET
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Because of the circumstances stated below, the Mayor and City Council
of the City of Ashland determine that it is necessary to transfer
appropriations as follows:
General Fund
To: Finance - Economic & Cultural Grants
From: Contingency

This appropriation change is to cover the increased amounts to be distributed in this year based
upon actual Transient Occupancy Tax revenue received at the end of FY 1999-2000.
Street Fund
To: Public Works - Storm Water Operations
From: Public Works - Street Operations

This transfer will allow the city to pay off the solar energy loan ahead of schedule.

This appropriation change recognizes the shift youth activities work to outside sources rather
than staffing.
