A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PARKING
MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE
HARGADINE PARKING FACILITY AND
ESTABLISHING PARKING USER FEES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The attached document emitled "Hargadine Parking Facility - Parking
Management Plan" is adopted as a guide for managing the parking facility.
SECTION 2. The fees established in the Parking Management Plan are adopted as the
initial rates and fees for parking in the Hargadine facility. These fees are effective when
the facility is made available to the public.
SECTION 3. The fees may be adjusted periodically by the city administrator in keeping
with the recommendations contained in the parking management plan. To the extent
practicable, such fee adjustments shall be set to balance adequate revenues from the
facility and to assure continued short-term access and high use of the facility.
SECTION 4. There shall be no overnight parking allowed in the facility.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code
§ 2.04.090 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this /~ day of~ 2001.
