COOKING FACILITIES INSTALLED, OR USE OF THE SPACE AS A SEPARATE DWELLING WITHOUT
APPROVAL, SHALL BE IN VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT TO ALL
PENALTIES THEREOF.
