AN ORDINANCE MODIFYING CHAPTER '18.52 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE, LAND USE ORDINANCE, REGARDING
CONCRETE AND ASPHALT BATCH OR MIXING PLANTS
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 18.52.020.E. Permitted Uses of the Ashland Municipal Code is
amended by adding the following Subsection D. to read:
"E. Building material sales yards."
SECTION 2. Section 18.52.030.D. Conditional Uses is added to the Ashland Municipal
Code and shall read:
"D. Concrete or asphalt batch or mixing plants."
The foregoing ordinance was first read by title only in accordance with Article X,
Section 2(C) of the City Charter on the ~ day of 6 day of August ,2002,
and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 20 day of August ,2002.
