The undersigned, for themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, consent to permit obstruction of their solar access
rights described in Chapter 18.70 of the Ashland Municipal Code on that potion of prope~ in Township 39, Range 1
East, Section ~ Tax Lot ~ ~ ), fudher described by legal description in the a~ached Exhibit "A".
The undersigned ce~i~ and agree to the following:
1. ' This agreement shall be binding upon their heir, successors and assigns and shall run with the land.
2. The undersigned are the owne~ of the pro~ descd~d on Exhibit "A".
3. This waiver applies only to the s~cific building(s) noted in the a~ached Exhibit "B"; and to the shadow(s) ~st by
such bui~ing(s) as not~ in Exhibit "B".
4. The solar a~ss dgh~ descd~ in Chapter 18.70 of the Ashland Municipal Code are ~ed only for that
bu~dable spa~ shown on Exhibit "B" and ~e C~of ~hland is indemnifl~ and shall be held harmless for any
damages resulting to any person or prope~ resulting from this waiver:
5. The ~nsidemtion for ~ agreement is $1.00 and other g~d and valuable consideration, the re~ipt of which is
acknow~ged by the undersigned.
