As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other
actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement
is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
property.
ACTION:
1) THE OWNER HAS RECEIVED A BUILDING PERMIT TO BUILD AN ADDITION TO THE EXISTING GARAGE
AND CONVERT THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE TO ADDITIONAL LIVING SPACE. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE
APPROVAL OF A SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. THE OWNER SHALL NOT INSTALL A KITCHEN IN THE
CONVERTED GARAGE/ADDITION FOR THE PURPOSES OF A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT.
A SEPARATE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT IS NOT PERMITTED ON THIS PARCEL AND IS A VIOLATION
OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
