FAMILY RESIDENCE. THE O~ER SHALL NOT INSTALL KITCHEN FACILITIES IN THE WET BAR FOR THE
PURPOSES OF A SEPA~TE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT. USE OF THE LIVING AREA WITH THE WET
BAR AS A SEPA~TE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT REQUIRES CONFOR~NCE WITH AN APPROVED
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AND IS A VlO~TION OF THE ASH~ND MUNICIPAL CODE THEREBY
