actions as required by the City of Ashland, and agree to bear the propo~ionate pa~ent of associated costs. This Agreement
is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s), executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be binding upon future owners of the
prope~.
ACTION:
1) THE OWNER SHALL REMOVE THE KITCHEN FACILITIES FROM THE EXISTING SINGLE F~ILY HOME ON
THE PROPER~ {145 WES~OOD St.) PRIOR TO RECEIVING A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE
N~ SINGLE F~ILY HOME TO BE LOCATED AT THE R~R OF THE PARCEL, THE ~ISTING HOME WILL
NOT BE UTILIZED AS A SEPA~TE RESIDENTIAL UNIT. A SEPA~TE, SECOND RESIDENTIAL UNIT IS
NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE SUBJECT PARCELS ZONING {RR-.5), AND THEREFORE WOULD BE A
VIOLATION OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE AND SUBJECT TO ALL PENALTIES THEREOF.
