Physio-Control LifePak 10, Serial #00029780,
Physio-Control LifePak 10, Serial #00022572,
SKED Stretcher,
Vacumn Splints,
2 - BCI Pulse Oximetry Units,
1 - Dinamap BP Monitor, and
2 - Cell Phones.
Consideration for this transfer is $60,000.00.
City of Ashland, Oregon, shall have all rights and title to the goods in itself, its executors and
assigns.
Owners are the lawful owners of the goods, and the goods are free and clear of all security
interests, liens, and encumbrances. Owners have the right to transfer vehicles and will warrant and
defend the right against the lawful claims and demands of all persons. Except for the foregoing
representations, ASHLAND LIFE SUPPORT, LTD., and GORDON BROWN TRANSFER THESE VEHICLES
AND EQUIPMENT "AS IS," WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
