of Ashland. grantee. an easement to use a portion of grantors' . property described as
follows:
See Exhibit 'A'
The terms of this easement are as follows:
1. City, its agents, independent contractors and invitees shall use the easement to
construct, reconstruct, install, use, operate, inspect, repair, maintain, and remove lines,
including but not limited to all necessary related facilities over and under real property
described above. Grantee may assign this easement to the person, corporation, utility
company, or governmental entity operating the utility.
2. The consideration for this easement is $1.00.
3. This easement is granted subject to all prior easements or encumbrances of record.

Beginning at a 5/8 inch iron pin at the southwest corner of
Lot 2 of Palm Avenue Estates as recorded in Volume 20, Page
67 of the Plat Records of Jackson County, Oregon; thence
South 89~50'10" East, along the south line of said Lot, 75.00
feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin; thence south 0"09'50" West 5.00
feet; thence North 89°50'10" West, parallel with said south
line, 75.00 feet to the east right of way line of Palm
Avenue; thence North 0°09'50" East 5.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
