As the owner(s) of the property listed above, I/we hereby consent to the following improvements, dedication, or other actions as required by the City of
Ashland, and agree to bear the proportionate payment of associated costs. This Agreement is to be binding upon myself/ourselves, my/our heir(s),
executors, and assigns, and it is my/our express intention lhat this Agreement shall run with the land, so that fulfillment of the items listed below shall be
binding upon future owners of the property. This consent is in consideration of Final Plan approval for a 13-1ot commercial subdivision located south of
Highway 66 & adjoining Washington Slreet.
IMPROVEMENT, DEDICATION OR OTHER ACTION:
1) AGREE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE
INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 66 AND WASHINGTON STREET; AND AGREE NOT TO REMONSTRATETO THE FORMATION OF SUCH
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT; AND AGREE TO PAY THE COSTS ASSESSED UPON BENEFITTED PROPERTIES FOR THE
IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL.
2) AGREE TO PAY THE COSTS ASSOClATEDWlTH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BUS SHELTER AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 68 AND WASHINGTON STREET AT THE TIME THAT TRANSIT SERVICE BECOMES AVAILABLE
ALONG THE SOUTHSIDE OF HIGHWAY 66. THE BUS SHELTER SHALL BE INSTALLLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DESIGN
