MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING BUILDING DEMOLITION AND
RELOCATION, REQUIRING DEMOLITION DEBRIS DIVERSION
PLANS IN ACCORD WITH ADOPTED STANDARDS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 15.04.216.C of the Ashland Municipal Code is amended to read:
C. For any demolition approved under this section, the applicant is required to salvage
or recycle construction and demolition debris in accordance with a demolition debris
diversion plan that complies with the requirements adopted by the Demolition Review
Committee. The applicant shall submit such a plan with the application for demolition.
The foregoing ordinance was first read by title only in accordance with Article X,
