Adopting the State of Oregon formula as the basis on which the
City of Ashland elects to allow prior service credit under the Public
Employs' Retirement System of the State of Oregon.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ~YOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND:
Section I.
That the State formula (20 year maximum) ie hereby officially
adopted as the basis on which the City of Ashland desires to allow prior
serv±ce credit under the Public Employees Retirement System of the State
of Oregon.
Section II.
That the City Eecorder is hereby muthorized and dXrected to
certify a copy of this Resolution to the office of the Public Employee~
Retirement System of the State of Oregon, at El0 Governor Bnilding,
P&rtland ~ 0regon.
